Aug 27, 2000 23:35 Hrs (IST)

Ranchi: The outlawed Maoist Communist Centre (MCC) ultras have killed four persons in two separate incidents in Bihar, police said on Sunday.

While one Sukra Munda was killed by MCC activists in an area under Budhmu police station of Ranchi district last night, three others were beheaded in Gumla district on Friday, police said.

Police said Munda was charged by the ultras with raping a girl. The reason behind the killing of three others was yet to be established.
