Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Farooq Abdullah on August 5 ruled out coming Assembly elections in the state under Governor's rule saying it would be used by his opponents to rig the elections.

Asked by reporters about poll under Governor's rule, he shot back "Why Governor's rule? They know that they can steal. They want to come to the Assembly through "chor dwarja" (backdoor)."
