Mumbai: At least one person was killed and two others injured while another one was
trapped inside when a part of six-floor commercial complex collapsed on the first
floor in the busy Kalbadevi area in South Mumbai on September 27.
The lone victim, Lahu Patil (17), died on the spot, G T Hospital sources said.
Of the two injured, P Gotare was discharged after first aid while Ram received minor
injuries and was under observation, sources added.
Efforts were on to rescue the man trapped in the debris, fire brigade sources said.
A part of the first floor of the building "Bharat Bhawan" collapsed around 20:00
hours (IST) on the ground floor office of a courier company, sources said.
