Mumbai: One person was killed and three others injured when a car, allegedly being driven by film actor Salman Khan, ran over them while they were sleeping outside a bakery in suburban Bandra early on September 28.

Police said a case of rash and negligent driving has been registered against the actor, who is absconding after the incident which occurred at 02:49 hours (IST). The victims were admitted to Bhabha Hospital.

The bakery is located at Hill Road near Hotel Neel Sagar in Bandra.
