MIG-21 crashed in Assam, both pilots safe

Tezpur: A MIG-21 fighter aircraft of Indian Air Force on October 11 crashed in North Assam's Sonitpur district while its two pilots bailed out safely.

Official sources in Assam said the aircraft of the Tezpur base on a routine sortie crashed near Khanumukh Rajgarh village at about 2.10 pm.

Both the pilots managed to eject safely from the aircraft.
