Solapur: Miscreants torched several vehicles, shops and buildings belonging to people from different communities in Tilak chowk, Balives and Tuljapurves areas of Central Solapur on October 11 morning as rumours spread like wild fire in the city.

Details were awaited. Meanwhile, prohibitory orders have been imposed in the district, police said.
