Patna: Four persons, including a child, were killed and three others critically
injured when powerful crackers exploded in a dealer's shop at Bhagalpur in Bihar,
police said on October 24.
Fire broke out when the crackers suddenly burst leading to collapse of the building
in the busy Kajwali chowk locality in Bhagalpur town late October 23 night, the
police said.
Four bodies believed to be of workers engaged in cracker manufacturing were
extricated from the debris early October 24.
Three others who suffered injuries were admitted to Sadar hospital where their
condition was stated to be critical.
