New Delhi: Former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Farooq Abdullah on October 23 said no party or group of parties can form a government in the state without the support of his party National Conference.

"People are watching the fun as political parties are trying to cobble a government in Jammu and Kashmir," he told a television news channel.
