Srinagar: Two persons allegedly involved in Godhra carnage were arrested in South Kashmir on October 25 and later taken to Gujarat for further interrogation, police sources said.

A team of Gujarat police assisted by Jammu and Kashmir police picked up Ali Mohammed (60) and Ghulam Nabi (34) from Anantnag and Pulwama districts respectively and produced before a duty magistrate, who gave them a transit remand, the sources said.
