PM, Afghan FM discuss Indo-Afghan relations
New Delhi: Afghan Foreign Minister Abdullah Abdullah on November 3 met Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee and briefed him on the ongoing rebuilding efforts in the war-ravaged Afghanistan.
