Sinha to attend 2nd Community of Democracies meet
Seoul: External Affairs Minister Yashwant Sinha is arriving in Seoul on November 10 to attend the second ministerial conference of the Community of Democracies which is set to issue two separate declarations on combating terrorism and supporting Democracies, official sources said on November 9.
