New Delhi: The Centre has "taken note" of the "sex-scandal" allegedly involving some
members of the judiciary and members of the legal fraternity in Karnataka, Union
Minister for Law and Justice Jana Krishnamoorthy said on November 13.
Speaking on the sidelines of a conference of state law secretaries, the minister
said, "The Centre takes note of everything that happens in the country."
"However, it would be better advised to leave the matter to the judiciary as they
are to control the judiciary," he said on the scandal allegedly involving three
members of the state judiciary in a resort in Mysore.
"I guess the matter has engaged the attention of the state Chief Justice also," he
added.
