Salman's car involved in another mishap in Nashik
Tuesday, November 12 2002 15:09 Hrs (IST)

Nashik: Film actor Salman Khan, who made to the headlines over a month ago for allegedly ramming his car into a bakery at Mumbai killing one person and injuring four others, met with a minor accident at Deolali Camp, about 10 kms from Nashik on November 12.

However, neither the actor, nor the driver of the car were injured, police said on November 13.

Salman, who is camping in city's Taj Residency hotel for shooting of Hindi film 'Tere Naam', left the place for Deolali railway station where the day's shoot was scheduled, police said, adding that his private security personnel and body guard followed in another car.

When the actor's car came nearer to the railway station, his driver applied sudden brakes owing to some obstacle on the road, when the car coming from behind hit it.

The actor and the other three persons, escaped unhurt, police said.

Salman's car, which was damaged in the collision, was later removed by a crane, police added.
