New Delhi: An earthquake of slight intensity shook the Meghalaya-Assam border early on November 17, Meteorological Department said.

The quake measuring 3.6 on the Richter scale occurred at 4:09 am, and was epi-centred at 25.9 N latitude and 90.8 E longitude, the department said in New Delhi.

There were no reports of casualty.
