Srinagar: Two persons, including a Border Security Force (BSF) sub-inspector, were killed and seven wounded critically when militants set off a powerful Improvised Explosive Device (IED) at Bandipora in Barmulla district on November 19, official sources said.

The ultras triggered the explosion at around 12:40 hours (IST) when the bomb disposal squad was defusing another IED detected earlier, the sources said.
