New Delhi: Condemning the terrorist attack on Raghunath temple, Japan on November 25 said such barbaric acts targeting civilians could never be justified.

Expressing deep shock over what it termed as heinous acts of indiscriminate killing, the Japanese government in a statement said "barbaric terrorist attack targeting civilians shall never be justified".

It said the Japanese government categorically condemned the incidents and reaffirmed its determination towards eradication of any form of terrorism.

The Japanese government expressed its deep sorrow over the victims of this attack and extended sincere condolences to the bereaved families as well as to the government and people of India.
