87 Pak prisoners who fought for Taleban released
Islamabad: Afghanistan on November 26 freed 87 Pakistanis prisoners who allegedly fought for the deposed Taleban regime, but they were detained for questioning by Pakistani authorities when they entered the country.

Islamabad: As Pakistan awaited India' response on attending the forthcoming SAARC (South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation) Summit in January, its new government has said the participation of Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee was the "only way" of reducing the existing tensions between the two nations.
