Jammu: Militants on December 1 attacked a Road Opening Party of Army near police
lines in Bundoda area of Doda district, a senior District official said.
They fired on security jawans who also returned fire and the encounter is going on
since 7.15 am (IST), Deputy Commissioner of Doda, Basharat Ahamad said.
He said some security men are believed to have sustained injuries but exact details
are not available as the encounter is continuing.
Police and security forces have cordoned off the area to track down the militants.
