Washington: The Bush administration must hold President Pervez Musharraf accountable for continued Pakistan-backed cross-border terrorism in Jammu and Kashmir as his "renewed tolerance of terrorists threatens to return India and Pakistan to the brink of war", a leading US daily said on December 1.
