New Delhi: Business in the Rajya Sabha on December 5 collapsed in the post lunch session for want of quorum leading to adjournment of the House for the day.

Soon after the House assembled at 14:30 hrs(IST), some members pointed out that there was no quorum in the House. The House was to take up the private members' business in the post-lunch session.
