Criminal case pending against Modi too in Gujarat
Nearly 140 candidates, including caretaker Chief Minister Narendra Modi, contesting the December 12 Assembly polls in Gujarat have criminal cases pending against them, according to a report prepared by Gujarat Election Watch Committee 2002, headed by Justice (retired) B J Diwan.
