Mumbai: The Arts and Commerce College of K J Somaiya at Vidyavihar in North East Mumbai was evacuated on December 10 afternoon following a bomb scare, police said.

All the students and staff were asked to vacate the college building after the institute authorities received a call stating that a bomb has been planted in the premises, police said.

Police have launched an intensive search of the building with the help of a sniffer dog. The entire premise has been cordoned off, police added.
