Chennai: Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalithaa dropped two of her senior Cabinet colleagues, Dr M Thambi Durai and N Thalavai Sundaram, from the ministry with immediate effect, a Raj Bhavan communique said on December 13 night.

The subject of Education held by Thambi Durai and Revenue held by Dalavai Sundaram, has been allotted to R Semmalai and O Panneerselvam respectively.
