New Delhi: The Supreme Court on December 13 allowed Zee TV channel to air its telefilm on last year's Parliament attack, saying such a telecast would not prejudice the trial court that is scheduled to give its judgment on the case on December 16.

A three-judge Bench headed by justice V N Khare passed this interim order on a petition moved by the television channel challenging the Delhi High Court order.

The Delhi High Court had ruled that telecast of the film by Zee network would prejudice their case on which judgement is likely to be pronounced on December 16.
