Chennai: A co-ordination committee meeting between directors general of police (DGPs) of Karnataka and Tamil Nadu is being held on December 13 to finalise the strategy to capture the elusive forest brigand Veerappan.

Karnataka director general of police T Madiyal and Karnataka government security advisor T Srinivasalu arrived at Chennai from Bangalore on December 13 noon by a private airline to participate in the meeting.

In a brief chat with newsmen, Madiyal said investigations were still on to find out who is responsible for the killing of former minister, H Nagappa.

To a question on the delay in releasing the post mortem report of Nagappa, Madiyal said he would not like to comment about it as Karnataka's Home Minister, Mallikarjuna Kharge, had already replied on this subject.
