Moscow: The Indo-Russian Summit in New Delhi earlier this month (December) has
confidently confirmed the high-level of strategic partnership between the two
countries, Russian President Vladimir Putin has said.
In his New Year greetings to Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee, Putin has said the
year 2002 was "very saturated and fruitful" for the Russian-Indian cooperation, the
Kremlin press service said.
"Our recent talks in Delhi once again confidently confirmed the high-level of
strategic partnership between Russia and India," Putin wrote to Vajpayee.
