Jamali says he is not against return of Nawaz
Islamabad: Contradicting assertions by officials close to President Pervez Musharraf, Pakistan Prime Minister Mir Zafarullah Khan Jamali has said his government was not against the return of deposed Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and his family to the country.
Musharraf rues Bangla blunder for the second time
Dhaka: In a bid to develop cordial relationship with the Khaleda Zia government in Bangladesh, Pakistan President Pervez Musharraf has regretted for the second time in six months the excesses committed by the country's Army men during the 1971 war of liberation, terming it as "unfortunate and a political blunder".
