New Delhi: India on February 1 night described as "baseless" a Pakistani claim that
an Indian Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) had violated its airspace in Pakistan-
occupied Kashmir.
"No Indian UAV violated Pakistani airspace. The report is absolutely baseless and a
figment of imagination," a Defence Ministry spokesman said.
For the second time in a week, a Pakistani military statement claimed "the Indian
remote piloted vehicle entered Pakistani airspace in Shaqma sector on the line of
control".
The plane was forced back by the Pakistan Army on January 30, the statement
said.
India had denied such a claim by Pakistan on January 28 too.
