Mumbai: Mumbai police on February 4 questioned film actor Sanjay Dutt in regard to his alleged links with the underworld.

The actor was summoned by the crime branch sleuths, who recorded his statement on alleged telephonic conversation he and three other Bollywood personalities had with notorious Pakistan-based gangster Chhota Shakeel on November 14, 2000.

The police has recorded his statement, as it wants to make him a witness in the case of alleged nexus of Bollywood with the underworld.
