Moscow: Russia has outlawed three Pakistan based extremist outfits, including Lashker-e-Toiba (LeT) and launched legal procedures for impounding their assets in the country.

Besides LeT, Jamaat-e-Islam and Hizbul Tahri al Islami are included in Russsia's Federal Security Service (FSB) blacklist of 15 international terrorist outfits submitted to the prosecutor general's office for imposing judicial ban and confiscation of their assets in Russia, state-run Rassia TV network said.

Besides al-Qaida and Taleban, the Russian terrorist black list also includes various Islamic groups based in Saudi Arabia, Chechnya, Egypt and Kuwait.

According to a spokesman of the prosecutor general's office, the list has been compiled on the basis of Federal law on combating terrorism and shortly legal action would be taken for their judicial ban in Russia.
