Pakistani intruder held near border outpost

Ferozepur: A Pakistani intruder was on February 11 arrested by Border Security Force (BSF) near a border outpost in Ferozepur in Punjab, a spokesman of the force said.

The 50-year old intruder identified as Rasool came 300 yards into the Indian territory near the outpost at Gatti Hayat, he told reporters.

The intruder could speak only Pashto language and was carrying only Rs eight in Pakistani currency, he said.

He was arrested and handed over to police, the spokesman said.
