Patna: Five labourers have been shot dead at Dariapur Balughat in Bihar's Nawada district on February 12, police said on February 13.

The victims were dalits and backwards, the police said.

The police suspect the February 12 incident to be the result of the running feud between dreaded Akhilesh Singh and Ashok Mahato gangs over contract for mining sand.
