Patna: Five persons of a family were killed at Serari village in Bihar's Sheikhpura district late February 13 night.

Police said unidentified assailants slit the throats of Devki Prasad Singh, his wife Shakunti Devi, and their three children Manas (8), Rahul (5) and Toni (3) inside their house.

The reason behind the killing was not yet known.

Investigation is on.
