I have no differences with Advani, says Vajpayee
Friday, February 21 2003 17:07 Hrs (IST)

Hamirpur (Himachal Pradesh): Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee on February 21 rubbished talks of differences between him and his deputy L K Advani but said some differences were bound to be there in a large family like the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

Attacking the Opposition for spreading canards about differences among BJP leaders, he said, "They talk about differences between me and Advani. There is no question of any such differences between us."

In an apparent reference to reported differences between Union Minister Shanta Kumar and incumbent Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal, he said, "Here also they talk about differences. Differences are bound to be there in a large family. Where there are many utensils they are bound to clash and make noise but we all work together."
