London: British Prime Minister Tony Blair and American President George W Bush have "agreed" to give Iraqi President Saddam Hussein 21 days to disarm or face war, a media report said on February 21.

In a half-hour phone call on February 20 night, the two leaders decided to go for the kill by March 14 at the latest, 'Daily Mail' claimed.

During the most critical conversation of the crisis, they put in place the 'endgame' in the 12-year stand-off with the Iraqi dictator. "The day of freedom is drawing near", the President is quoted to have said.
