New Delhi: Finance Minister Jaswant Singh will present Union Budget for 2003-04 in Parliament at 11:00 hours (IST) on February 28, it was officially announced on February 27.

The Budget was earlier slated to be presented at noon, and now it has been decided to be unveiled at 11.00 hours, suspending the Question Hour.

The maiden Budget speech by Singh is expected to last for 90 minutes.
