Shillong: Meghalaya Chief Minister D D Lapang, who assumed office on March 4, has
allocated portfolios to his 38-member jumbo-sized ministry.
There are 28 members of the Cabinet rank and 10 Ministers of State in the Congress-
led coalition ministry.
Lapang, who allocated the portfolios on March 5 night, retained Cabinet Affairs,
Finance, Political, Personnel, Planning, Revenue, Industries and departments not
allotted to other ministers.
