Ranchi: In a fresh development, most legislators of the Opposition group claiming a
support of 42 MLAs moved out of the city limits of the state capital ahead of
tomorrow's (Mar 17) one day session of House called by their leader and Speaker Inder
Singh Namdhari.
The Janata Dal (U) president, Goutam Sagar Rana, told reporters that the MLAs "to
remain united have left for Bundu till tomorrow's Assembly session."
Bundu, 40 km from Ranchi, is the Assembly constituency of state Samata chief and
rebel Excise Minister Ramesh Singh Munda.
Those who boarded buses, included four of the rebel Ministers Lalchand Mahato, Madhu
Singh, Ramesh Singh Munda, Joba Manjhi, Baidyanath Ram.
However, it was not known whether all the 42 MLAs had gone in the convoy from the
Assembly premises.
