Hyderabad: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu on March 20 predicted
that the US attack on Iraq would 'further complicate problems' and said the war
could have been avoided.
"We are already saddled with so many problems. This war will further accentuate
these problems," Naidu said while addressing a meeting of his Telugu Desam
Legislature Party (TDLP) in Hyderabad.
Making a passing reference to the Gulf situation, he said, "The war is creating
confusion in the world. We think it would have been better if it was averted."
