Bangalore: Chief Minister S M Krishna has greeted the people of the state on the occasion of "Ugadi" festival.

"Ugadi, which heralds the arrival of new year as well as the spring, symbolises the presence of both bitter and sweetness in life. Let us take the life in our strides and make it tolerable as well as beautiful by accepting sorrow and happiness with sanity," the Chief Minister said in his message.
