Infiltration across LoC reduced drastically: Pak
Islamabad: Pakistan has claimed that the infiltration of militants into Jammu and Kashmir has come down drastically due to measures taken by it and asserted that it has taken "difficult decisions" of banning radical outfits and cutting their funding to improve atmosphere for an Indo-Pak dialogue.
US keeps its word, writes off $ 1 bn Pak debt
Islamabad: The US on April 5 waived off $ 1 billion debt and rescheduled the remaining $ 2.3 billion to be paid in easy instalments in 38 years, fulfilling Washington's promise on this regard for Pakistan's co-operation in the war on terror.

Islamabad: Pakistan has maintained that it would not permit India to take advantage of the US-led attack on Iraq and launch pre-emptive strike on it, while dispelling impression that it would be the next target of Washington after the second Gulf war.
