Gaya (Bihar): A Bihar court on April 8 issued non-bailable arrest warrants in connection with a case of abduction against Bihar Minister of State for Excise Surendra Prasad Yadav, Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) MLC, Azad Gandhi and Pappu Yadav, brother in-law of Subhash Yadav MLC, who is the brother of Chief Minister Rabri Devi.
