Shekhawat applauds ISRO scientists on INSAT-3A

New Delhi: Vice-President Bhairon Singh Shekhawat on April 10 congratulated the scientists of Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) for the successful launch of communication satellite INSAT-3A from Kourou in French Guyana.

"The country rejoices the achievement of our space scientists and technologists. This great achievement, I am sure, would enable our country to further strengthen our space programme and communications system," Shekhawat said in a statement.
