Chennai: Twelve players have been selected to participate in the Fourth Asian Youth Girls Volleyball Championship to be held at Srisket in Thailand from April 20 to 27, according to a press note issued here on Tuesday by the Volleyball Federation of India.

The players are: Thakurmoni Oraon (UP), Betsy K T (Kerala), Kaveramma (KTK), Ishrath Khanum (KTK), Anusha Mukesh (Kerala), Piyali Roy (WB), Asha D R (KTK), Swetha Reddy (AP), Jililatha Sen (Orissa), Saritha (AP) (Libero), Nalini (AP) and Shiva Chaudhuri (Uttaranchal).

Team Manager - Gangadharan (KTK), Head Coach –Pramod Kumar Reddy (AP), Asst Coach-- Mayamaya Samaddar (WB), Technical Delegate--Dr.Mohan Chaudhury (SAI-Del), International Referee (C)--Mulla Ilias Shameen (AP).

The team will be leaving Chennai for Bangkok on April 17.
