Court adjourns Togadia's bail plea till April 21

Ajmer: A local court on April 19 adjourned till April 21 the hearing of the bail plea of Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) leader Pravin Togadia and directed the prosecution to produce the transcript of his speech on which the case of conspiring to wage war against the government was registered against the accused.

The bail application, moved by Togadia's counsel Onkar Singh Lakhawat, was heard by additional district and sessions judge Devendra Kachchawa as district and sessions judge Hari Singh Punia was on leave on April 19.
