AI asks derecognised IPG to vacate premises

Mumbai: Air India (AI) on May 1 asked the derecognised Indian Pilots Guild (IPG) to vacate its premises at the old terminal building with immediate effect, airline sources said.

The guild, which has been functioning for more than 50 years, has been given 48 hours to remove all its belongings from the premises, the sources said.

AI sources confirmed that a "letter was delivered to this effect tonight".
