Buta Singh appointed chairman of PAC

New Delhi: New Delhi: Senior Congress leader Buta Singh has been appointed chairman of the 22- member Public Accounts Committee (PAC), a Lok Sabha press release said on May 1 night.

The other Lok Sabha members of the Committee are Priya Ranjan Dasmunshi, Kirit Somaya, Haribhi Chaudhary, M O H Farook, Madan Prasad Jaiswal, Raghunath Jha, M V V S Murthi, Rupchand Pal, Mohan Rawale, Nitish Sengupta, Raghuraj Singh Shaya, Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh, Chinmayanand Swami and K Malaiswamy.

The Rajya Sabha Committee members are Santosh Bagrodia, Prasanta Chatterjee, K Rahman Khan, Bachani Lekhraj, Alladi P Rajkumar, C P Thirunavukkarasu and Ram Gopal Yadav.
