Court issues NBW against Khatri in DDA scam

New Delhi: Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on May 3 secured a non-bailable warrant (NBW) from a Delhi Court against hotelier Vinod Khatri, who has been on run since the agency raided his premises on April 30 in the wake of Delhi Development Authority (DDA) scam.

Special judge Prem Kumar directed CBI to execute the warrant by May 12.

Meanwhile, Dharm Bir Khattar, the alleged middleman and suspended DDA official Ashok Kapoor, were remanded to CBI custody for their interrogation till May 10.
