New Delhi: India on May 13 condemned the terrorist attack in Chechnya and said it was yet another

process of restoring constitutional order and normalcy on the basis of the Constitutional referendum
vote held in Chechnya on March 23."
The attack in Znamenskoye on May 12 resulting in a large number of casualties "is yet another reminder
to the international community that it must step up collective efforts to eradicate terrorism wherever it
exists", he said, adding "We convey our condolences to the members of the bereaved families."
