New Delhi: Centre's interlocutor on Jammu and Kashmir N N Vohra on May 14 met Deputy Prime Minister
L K Advani and apprised him of the ongoing talks with various state representatives.
During the meeting, which lasted for about 30 minutes, Vohra is believed to have taken fresh directions
from the government before embarking on his visit to Jammu and Ladakh shortly, official sources said.
The Centre's pointman had to face a rough weather during his nine-day visit to the state where none of
the separatist leaders came forward to meet him.
Vohra however, concluded his visit with the hope the separatist groups would be meeting him during his
next visit.
When approached by reporters about the meeting, Advani said, "He (Vohra) is leaving for Jammu and
Leh. The talks were exploratory in nature."
